"Cooking is primarily a passion and a question of time.

I have loved and been passionate about cooking ever since my earliest childhood, and I enjoy working with and sharing French products and prioritising high-quality and traceable produce.

We draw strength from our expertise to offer a varied and flavoursome cuisine influenced by the traditions of our culinary art. Local dishes are an integral part of our menu.

I am highly receptive to seasonal produce promoting a short supply chain.

I change the menu three times a year, and I try to use seasonal produce wherever possible to give diners chance to savour such freshly harvested ingredients.


I take great pride in delivering the best possible response to our customers' needs for their event, with special focus on a birthday cake, dish or meal.
